Customer Service Position

The ideal candidate would be a helpful person who likes speaking with people. The position involves answering phone calls and e-mails from people inquiring about our specialty walkers for people with severe walking conditions.   Most of the people calling have had our products prescribed for them by their physician or physical therapist. Often a caregiver or family member is the one inquiring.  Most of our customers are Elderly and we pride ourselves on being sweet and patient with them.  Primarily, the candidate would be informing callers about the products and the purchasing process including insurance coverage.     

Hours:  20 – 40 hours a week, Central Standard timezone business hours

Compensation: $25/Hour 

Job location: Main office in Skokie, IL or Satellite office in Efrat, Israel

Order Processing Position

This job involves processing orders for shipping out.  This includes entering orders into QuickBooks, charging credit cards or sending out invoices, generating shipping documents and labels for orders.  In addition, interfacing with customers on the status of orders and resolving any issues related to the shipping of the order.  The ideal candidate would have experience with QuickBooks or a similar software package and good communications skills by phone and e-mail. 

Hours: 30-40 hours per week, flexible hours

Compensation: $25/Hour
